Cons
The most rude people I have ever come across in management. They will speak to you like a child and do not care about an employees welfare. There is no communication between the Management team so people at my level never have a clear idea as to what is expected by the FD. We only find out once we present our work and are spoken to extremely rudely. There is no progression in the role, even though a lot has been promised. AVOID WORKING IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR THIS COMPANY! THE WORST TIME OF MY LIFE
