Wonderful supporting staff and the ability to meet and grow with many people from different upbringings. Working together in order to achieve the same goal and gain valuable experience in Leadership, tool management, and project planning.
Cons
You will have to be brought out of your comfort zone in some situations, whether that be interacting with others to conflict resolution. Not a con, but it can be daunting.
