Payed Time Off is very good.
Cons
Administration is bad. They do not support or care about their staff. WILL NOT give raises. Always understaffed. There is no appreciation for what we do. It is an extremely stressful job and we get no support from the higher ups. It is very hard to help the kids because we dont have enough staff and we cant run the program because of staffing and the type of kids that they keep giving us.
