Pros
relatively easy and repetitive job, work from home. some quieter days but average about 20/30 calls per day. KPI's are achievable and processes require very little intuition as it's all from a database. fixed days between Mon-Fri, hours between 8-6. 9-hour days. there are also rewards for achieved sample calls which I received £100 bonus for getting this twice as well as a referral scheme
Cons
very poor management and a very high staff turnover made to feel like you're doing the grunt work and 0 effort to make me feel part of the team. I had more managers than I can remember and was moved across diff sites without prior discussion. of the approx 27 people I started with there were roughly 4 still working there when I left.
