Managers are very in to micromanaging instead of building morale within a team, it’s almost exciting for them to watch people suffer. Policies and procedures not adhered to correctly by higher management and HR causing extreme mental distress to employees. Very quick to be told if you’ve done something wrong but never if you’ve done a good job. Forced into the office with no good reason. Blatantly watching other members of staff sleeping at their desks and receive no consequence. Pay does not match what we actually have to do. Preaching about mental health and wellbeing but are the main cause of a breakdown with no duty of care to staff. Team leaders strip themselves of all morals when becoming leaders forgetting what it’s like at the bottom and becoming yes men to the higher powers. Inconsistent punishments for misconduct. You can not trust anyone. Someone will stab you in the back at any opportunity to get what they want.
