Incredible working community and people. Amazing morals and is very fun and social. Plenty of staff events, parties and trips. Great connections with BSS at Aarhus University.

Low hours and low pay.

While studying, Studenterlauget is a great place to work for those who are not afraid to put their ideas and thoughts forward, and learn by doing. Studenterlauget is a student union run by students, which brings both pros and cons. The pros definitely involve great responsibility, the level of ambitiousness and creativity, steep learning curve, and a great social environment.

As mentioned above, being a student union run by students brings both pros and cons. This is not a major con in my perspective, but the professional level in completion of tasks is not as high as you expect from another professional organization - but then again, this provides major learning points for everyone, and in my time we always made the best of it any way.
