      They work you longer than your scheduled shift and do not pay you enough, also they do tip share and you share the 40% of the server's tips between the mass amount of food runners.

      Pretty chill. Not too difficult, you get to watch free movies and the co workers are nice.

      A little bit more operational effeiciency. Things can get hectic when it's busy!
