      -free food -free movie tickets -management is very laissez faire

      Cons

      -standards are rather low -minimum wage -very inconsistent variable schedule (shifts start anywhere from 10 am to 10 or 11 pm)

      Pretty chill. Not too difficult, you get to watch free movies and the co workers are nice.

      Cons

      A little bit more operational effeiciency. Things can get hectic when it's busy!
