Cons
No policies and procedures. Things are learned through trial and error. Worked harder not smarter due to partnership and multiple hats worn that was not a part of job description. No upper management support when error or concerns falls in another department. Often blamed for another's mistake. Lack of response from HR when request clarification on items yet demands clarification for their inquiries. Often secluded unless deadline or issue presents itself Interdepartmental communication is awful HR or management not in office when New Hires arrive. Departments not notified about new hires in timely fashion to prepare training.
