Pros

I had a very positive experience working at this company. The management team is highly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in employees’ success. Even as a normal executive, I had direct access to share ideas with management—and they actually listened and took them into consideration. The company is very business-driven and growth-oriented, which creates an exciting environment where your contributions matter. The team culture is also close-knit and collaborative, making it easy to work together and feel supported. On top of that, the compensation is very competitive compared to other SMEs, which makes your effort feel truly rewarded. One of my personal highlights was during my time in sales—when I struggled to close clients, management stepped in to help without hesitation. Not only did they support me in securing the deal, but they also allowed me to keep the full commission without asking for any share. This level of trust and support is rare. That said, this may not be the place if you’re looking for a routine, stable, day-to-day role. But if you’re someone who wants to grow, challenge yourself, and unlock your potential, newcomers will definitely find this an exciting and rewarding place to build their career.

Cons

The internal process flow can be improve. Try to only use minimum communication channel for easier message relay

Pros

As a Business Development Executive, I’ve had a positive experience overall. The company has a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration. Since it is a small organization, employees often get the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas, which helps broaden skills and gain valuable exposure. What stands out the most is the guidance and support from colleagues. Compared to other companies I’ve worked at, the environment here feels more encouraging, and your work is genuinely appreciated. It’s also a great place for continuous learning—regardless of your experience level—which makes it especially fulfilling.

Cons

Because the company is small, the workload can sometimes be intense, and you may need to support other departments outside your main role. This can be challenging at times, especially during busy periods.
