Pros
What is expected from you is clearly stated at the very beginning, so there is not many questions throughout the process. If you do have questions, there is a line you can call or text at almost anytime and get a prompt response. It is easy money, since you don't have to do too much more work than what you would usually do taking notes. It did make me a bit more through in my notes than usual, which helped me in turn understand the subject more and do better on assignments and exams. You also open yourself up as a study resource, so youre more likely to get invited to different study groups and meet many new people. The interface of the website is also rather simple to use. Posting your own material gives you karma that you can then use to buy other peoples study guides instead of using money.
Cons
Unfortunately, the end of year bonus is not paid out until like June, so it is a bit late in the summer. They only allow you to post three study guides per class. I understand why they did this, but as a math and science person, all my classes have 4 midterms and a final.
