It was a very straightforward process. After some preliminary interview questions that felt accessible yet professional, formalities happened with ample time to review. Training was done in an efficient manner and was sufficient for the job. Assignment of students was simple and easy, with communicative management. Pay was pretty good. They take a large cut but leaves still a comparable amount to solo, and it's much harder to find students solo.

None really, maybe some might find the opportunity for more students lacking, but I was happy with just 10-20 hours per week.

- betalen super laat uit - laag loon - verschrikkelijke slechte communicatie (niet reageren, maar wel snel reactie van jou verwachten) - je krijgt niet uitbetaald zelfs als lessen niet worden gecanceld. - onvriendelijke communicatie (echt denigrerend, ontwijkend, bedenken excuusjes voor al hun slechte organisatie) - hebben veel stagiairs waardoor het nog slechter is.
