Pressure to give to company-chosen charities on Stuller's behalf Zero people of collor in senior leadership. Zero people of color in executive positions. Absolutely no diversity or inclusion. No training on racism, microaggressions, etc from any level at any department. Marginalized communities constantly complain of unfair treatment from managers. Sexual harrassment runs rampant with zero consequences when reported. Clear lack of LGBTQIA+ representation. Expensive benefits, employees have to jump through hoops to use Lack of advancement opportunities Managers spent in back to back meetings, never with employees Rigid rules and zero flexibility. Vehemently against remote work.
