Pros
Discounts were good as well as clothing for staff, young vibe across teams and can be fun depending on the store.
Cons
Upper management is too close as friends to listen or take any complaints or feedback onboard from their staff about one of their own, the positions are regarded way too seriously for a simple retail job, casuals feel a lot of pressure to over perform, SO much micromanagement.
