In my time there I saw a huge number of exceptionally talented people leave the business because they were not well looked after. A number of the C level team like to sit in their glass offices and their attitudes and behaviors have a dreadful impact on the culture of the business. The people in key roles are often not rewarded appropriately for the hard work that they put in and it has turned into a dog eat dog world with the top people only there to look out for their own personal gain.
