Pros

Great culture, people are great and founders are amazing to work with.

Cons

Needs to figure a lot of business needs out, still a startup and needs to have concrete growth plans.

Pros

- Employee friendly. The founders have high expectations of you, but go above and beyond in terms of taking care of employees. Stytch punches above their weight in terms of compensation as well, which can take some of the sting out of joining an earlier startup. - Promising space. Pretty much everyone needs auth, but it's an increasingly complicated space that emerging AI tech has made even more complicated and risky to DIY. TAM is enormous, the incumbents are subpar, and Stytch has a great product offering. All the ingredients you need to build a stellar business. - Great people. Both in terms of talent and disposition, it's a really great team to be a part of. The people working alongside you are talented, humble, helpful, and supportive. - Incredible tech. For a company of Stytch's size, it's really, really impressive what the team has accomplished technically. The development environment and process rivals companies an order of magnitude larger, and some of Stytch's products are truly on the absolute cutting edge of the space.

Cons

Not really cons per se, but just things to consider: - Auth has a ton of upside, but the flip side of the coin is that it's not the most exciting space. You're like a plumber or electrician - extremely valuable, in demand, and important, but the interior designer is going to be on the magazine cover, not you. - It's a young startup. Startups are messy. You're going to need to be prepared to self-serve/solve and be OK with not being told exactly what to do. There's nothing unique about Stytch here - it's just the nature of a company of Stytch's size.
