      no Pros in my opinion

      Cons

      Support and guidence from senior members is zero. If you hired for X framework , you have to work on Y framework, even if its not mentiond on JD. No job security. They will fire you any time without any prior Warning or performance meeting Discussions.

      Pros

      Nice work environment. Phone is ok on floor. No need permission bathroom breaks. Sick leave also there.

      Cons

      Salaries sometimes delayed, HR or management don't do anything. HR only speak and no action for issues. Stopped going to HR now.
