Pros

The company has employees all over the US and promotes a family friendly atmosphere that give employees the flexibility to get their job done and work around family events and needs. Healthcare benefits are top notch and the company subsidizes a significant portion of the costs for employees AND their families. 401K benefits do not require vesting and the company contributes the same % for all employees, even if you cannot contribute anything. Other great perks, gym memberships, tuition reimbursement, etc. Company listens to ideas and supports change. Salaries alone look lower than industry, but when including all benefits, are comparable to large companies in the industry.

Cons

Growing company has typical rapid changes and communication is not always clear. It is difficult to get things done when a large part of the workforce is all over the country and in different time zones, but it is understandable when the company culture is to utilize talent where it is rather than geographically locate talent in one location.
