As we continue to grow and evolve into a new organization, living our DRIVEN values is not just a catch phase but key to our future success.
In 2022 we decreased the amount of wait time to enroll in 401k and significantly increased both vacation and sick time. These changes were driven by team member feedback and very well received but we will continue to look for ways we can improve.
As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on creating a culture that encourages promoting from within and when we do hire from outside the company, referrals from existing team members are encouraged. Our goal is to always select and promote the most qualified team member for openings.
