Awful - Executive Director Success Education Colleges Employee Review

Amazing staff and faculty to work with - feels like a family. Room for growth and expansion within the company, especially with a lot of new campuses (San Diego, Bakersfield, etc). Easy to get a hold of upper management, and everyone really cares.

Not really any cons I can think of. Been there over 5 years.

Weekends off, holidays off, helping students

Everything else, benefits, work, management, no values!!
