Not worth it - Customer Service Success Resources Employee Review

Pros

The people at the bottom of the totem pole were a great crew of people who wanted to improve their lives. There were career opportunities because they had pretty high turnover from what I could tell. It was better pay than minimum wage, but the emotional cost was higher than I was willing to pay.

Cons

The whole company is built around creating events for speakers like Tony Robbins and Gary Vee. The top of the totem pole had drank the cool-aide and were asking too much from too few for too little.

Pros

I get to help people change their life on a daily basis.

Cons

The only con is cleaning up the mess of the previous regime.

Pros

Friday morning free breakfast, cookie breaks on Wednesday, casual wear all summer and monthly birthday parties.

Cons

They don't operate by what they say they believe, they lose/run-off/cheat great employees and have no loyalty, paychecks come late very frequently - you may get an email at 4:30 pm on the day paychecks are due promising them on Monday which then could become Tuesday, in the past before going to payroll companies the paychecks would bounce and you would be repaid in cash, you pay for insurance and may go to the doctor and find out the insurance is cancelled due to non payment, owner expects that 8-12 per hour is a good base pay to attract seasoned professionals in sales - you will be told you can make up to $40 or $50k but earnings are capped though you will be told they are uncapped, they don't care about customers and charge them when they say they won't, ignore customer complaints, they pay bills slowly so call center internet and phones get cutoff, can't advertise their events because of lack of money/credit, prior venues/contractors/vendors have been known to send demand for payment letters for events that happened over 6 months ago, prize winners at the events frequently don't get prizes or get them months after the event and only after harassing and threatening, they won't provide training to their new employees - 2 hours in most cases then get on the phone. It's a nightmare disguised as a Christian company.
