Good working environment - Business Development Success Software Services Employee Review

The company is highly process oriented, so things tend to be organized and go smoothly. The founders and management are genuine people who are easy to talk to and clear about what is expected from each person on the team. Also, there seems to be plenty of room for advancement, and predictable paths between roles and levels.

The only con I can think of is that with all the recent growth, hiring in Asia has happened faster than in the US, and sometimes it just feels like we need more help here to keep up.
