Pros
This is a great small company with an Incredible business model and significant increasing market share. The company atmosphere and culture have improved dramatically in the past year or so. As a consequence, this tight knit team continues to set records in the Houston real estate community and is now poised to move into other markets as well.
Cons
The normal frustrations of working in a small company such as health care costs and modest benefits. It seems that there is still some resentment from some over the amazing success of the company. There is still some residual animosity from former employees who in some cases lived through the difficult earlier days of a small company without a strong executive team. In my opinion, some of the complaints from years ago are valid. Frankly, most of the negativity expressed is overstated.
