Horrible Experience - PHP Developer Suffescom Solutions Employee Review

According to me there were no advantages of working in the company.

In short it was a horrible experience 1) The first day i joined the company i was quite shocked that after being well established the company doesn't have investors or any power backup. During the initial days of my joining there was a power cut and after being exhausted all day long the employees have decided to leave at 4 o' clock in the evening and there was no management team available in the company. The senior employees try to call the hr of the company many times but there was no answer to all the calls and in the end when everybody left the MD of the company imposed a huge fine on all employees and also yelled at all the employees. 2) The hr department of the company has no authority to approve the leave. And if anybody apply for the leave then he/she has to first explain to the hr department why he/she has applied for the leave. Then they make you feel guilty that there were a lot of projects and when will you get all that done, that the team lead of the company is not satisfied with your performance and your performance is not upto the mark. After a week long process of convincing you to not take any leave if any employee really have to take the leave then he has to go MD of the company. In my case i was sent inside to MD of the company and he warned me that i will not approve any leaves and in case there will be any emergency leaves from your end then there will be a penalty of 5 days including the day you were not present. It means there will be a salary deduction of 6 days. 3) I was undergoing treatment for severe sciatica pain and i was bed ridden for almost a week. I've informed them and sent all the medical documents and at the end of the month they deducted a salary for a week including Sunday also also they imposed 2k fine for not approving the leave. Also there was a day when during the office hours i suffered from the pain and asked them to let me go but they asked to treat your back pain next week on festive leaves and worked till 6:30 in the evening despite having alot of pain. 4) I have resigned the company and was not able to complete the notice period. Also informed them 10-11 days before my reason for leaving the company but they didn't approve and asked to complete the 30 days notice period besides this i was not provided me with my last month salary and when asked they make excuses that it takes time to process the salary or check your bank account etc. It was not that they follow rules and regulation and want their employees to complete their notice period as during my period of service i've seen many people who left the company within a day but because that they are partial and doesn't understand any person's personal problems or reasons and hence bothered them to leave the company without their last month salary. I highly recommend not to join the company.

1. Employees CAN'T leave office premises without taking explicit permission from HR dept or Management. If someones does so, Its strictly against our code of conduct. And Its very unprofessional and unethical on employee's part to do something like this. 2. Company has fair policy towards leaves and yes, you have to go through proper channels to get your leave approved. That may involve talking to senior management from time to time in order to justify your leaves and projects you are handling. 3. As said above company have very fair policies when it comes to leaves, We do offer paid leaves to employees with no questions asked and approval to more leaves who have genuine reasons. In your case, You were consistently on half days, short leaves and full day leaves WITHOUT any prior information. 4. You can't leave the company without serving the notice period which was CLEARLY MENTIONED in your OFFER LETTER. You can't compare yourself to others and you don't even know about their particular situation/case. You have to justify yourself only. With that being said, We do understand personal problems of all of our employees who TALK to us and we discuss the situation. We figure out what can be done which is in favor of employee as well as the company. But disappearing from office and abandoning your job at once including the projects, clients, responsibilities is NOT the solution at all. Best of luck with your future endeavours.
