I have found the short while I have been for working Suffolk GP Federation to be enjoyable and rewarding. Staff all seem very friendly and helpful. It’s been refreshing working somewhere with high moral and to see people enjoying their work. Everyone works together at all levels and there isn’t too much middle management problems. The CEO is very approachable which makes life so much easier than in my previous role. I have a lot of work to do but there is not much stress and you’re given time to get things right.

Not much office space or many meeting rooms. Would be better if they had their own building
