Pros
I work in the University Success side of the company. I have been promoted into this position and feel overall very positive about the company. I have received excellent training, feedback, and coaching in this role. I feel like there is a great amount of transparency from the top down. Additionally, I think you are given a lot of autonomy in your work as well as authority over your clients.
Cons
As the company grows, some restructuring will need to happen as workload is increasing; however, company does seem to like to promote from within and when that is not possible, find and target talent to help the company move forward.
