The company culture is highly collaborative—we try to help each other out when one of us runs into a blocking issue or simply has a question. Management has an open-door policy and is very chill about PTO. We are a fully-remote company so there are no requirements to be in-office.

Expectations and demands from clients can be challenging to work through

The team is always willing to help one another to get the task done, lots of knowledge being shared on a daily basis. I learn a lot from a development or business operations on a daily basis. Strong ability to drive company process improvements and the team is very open to new ideas/ways of doing things. Work with a wide variety of clients in different industries.

Lots of work to do and a growing team, company is always respectful of work life balance. Work is project based, timelines range from a couple weeks or over 6 months. Deadlines are driven based on project timelines that are very important to be met.
