Dynamic team and real drive for growth. Good salaries for berlin startup sales teams. High quality working spaces with latest equipment. Although open office structure isn't fantastic.
Cons
Inability to recognize the experience of the sales team that you employee. Few sales team members who have more experience selling B2b software solutions that the management structure, are spoken to like fresh recruits.
