Nice store environment, the clothing allowance is a plus. My commute cost was paid for.
Cons
The expectations are through the roof but is reflected nowhere in your compensation. Throughout my time in the company the commission structure changed, so we took a paycut compared to the previous structure and I learned very early on that I was not paid equally to my male colleagues. Work life balance is NOT encouraged and you are expected to talk to clients, answer calls, get on meetings at all times, even unpaid on your off days. In fact when voicing concerns about health I was dismissed by management and told I do not care about the job if I cant show up 24/7. Sometimes you were not allowed to have a break on an 11 hour shift.. As far as DEI, there are quite some problematic aspects and the company feels like a boys club.
