good co-workers, (almost) no unnecessary salary cuts, life and health insurance

office hour is 8-5 with break, but it's a myth (trust me), no overtime pay, zero career opportunities (you started as a sales canvass, you stay there for the rest of your career even though you got a PhD). co-workers are cool but when it comes to money, you better run or hide. probation (contract) employees and full-time employees are no different. same salary, same medical benefits. i wonder how some co-workers can afford a family with just minimum wage. lastly, i forgot how many times i have to pay for the goods in my inventory because of poor eutectic box management, or some warehouse workers noted my goods as "damaged", or expired goods (not exactly my fault, but QC gotta handle this too), or some warehouse workers misplaced my entrusted goods and labeled it "missing" and put the blame on me or any other Sales Canvass who ever experienced it (clearly, not my fault).
