Pros

* Competitive salary for employees commuting from Malaysia. * Good exposure to fast-paced restaurant operations. * Opportunity to develop multitasking, teamwork, and time management skills. * Experience may be positive when working with supportive managers and colleagues.

Cons

* Long working hours and physically demanding workload. * Management and workplace culture can vary significantly between outlets. * Perceived favouritism and inconsistent management practices may affect employee morale. * Staffing shortages can increase pressure on remaining team members. * Work-life balance can be difficult, especially for cross-border commuters.
