Pros

It is a strong technical team that is close knit which creates an awesome culture that is the strongest I've seen The overall transparency of everything from financials, goals, sales & operations metrics to reasoning for major decisions is refreshing. The commitment to growth, the reasons why and how to achieve it is refreshing and educational. The core values are not just a page on the website but are lived and practiced by all. The charity contributions and entities that we contribute to are inspiring to see and exciting to follow as they progress The benefits including 90% coverage of health insurance premiums for families, 401K match (immediate vesting) & 2 paid days off a year to volunteer

Cons

I can't think of any

Pros

The team is very close; they try to keep a good culture. Good experience in the engineering industry. I work well under pressure so the sink-or-swim environment was beneficial for quick learning .

Cons

You will be swamped, under-appreciated, gaslit, and underpaid. All they care about is hitting hiring goals; this will be the impending downfall of the company (now branch of Rimkus Consulting). They hire kids out of college and put heavy responsibilities on their shoulders without allowing them to learn at an average pace. Due to this, the quality of products has immensely decreased, and everyone's sanity is non-existent. There is no such thing as work/life balance here; I can't even count the amount of personal events/appointments I've had to cancel in order to "get work done" and hit rushed/last-minute deadlines. It was a great company; it is no longer a great company. During COVID, we had to use our own PTO while they hired new people to hit made-up goals and stepped on our heads to get higher. Disappointing is an understatement. People coming in (with no experience) are being paid almost double what current employees are making so that they can hit their numbers. Save yourself the headache and avoid.
