Pros

I'll let you know when I can come up with some.

Cons

Terrible company. They're proud of being "family-oriented" when, in reality, "family-oriented" translates into nepotism at every level. Husbands, wives, sons, daughters - they're everywhere, and nothing you disclose to anyone is ever privileged. The favoritism is blatant, and the grown men and women at the top of the ladder act like stunted twelve-year olds who'd rather gossip all day than perform their jobs. Pray that you're in their inner circle or else they'll make your life at Sullivan awful. HR is incompetent. Soulless HR leader wanting to regiment everything, and if you ever have any Payroll questions, be prepared to be yelled at by the Payroll Specialist whenever you give her a ring. Benefits aren't competitive. 90 day waiting period, so you're out of luck until then. You will not be respected by this company until you put in at least five years of service. That isn't how retail operates anymore, and yet they're too stubborn and antiquated in their beliefs to change. Absolutely no diversity. White men and women at the top and white men and women only. Keep in mind these are the same white men and women playing catty instead of actually leading. CEO and his family are kept on payroll despite doing nothing. Go elsewhere unless you're desperate.

Pros

Here at the Quincy store (0013), you get lots of overtime. And the company overall has good benefits.

Cons

The manager claims your job is more important than your family because it puts food on your table. Claims your job is more important than than your health because it pays for your health insurance. You get berated if you have to call out due to an emergency, told you should’ve “just taken some Tylenol, came to work, and be a man and deal with it”. You will be gaslit into believing that less than pocket change is “great pay”. And if you just want 40 hours a week instead of 45+? There’s an open door policy, and you’re free to leave at any time.
