Pros
The culture is very colleague oriented and inclusive. People here, no matter their level in the organization, care about other associates in the firm. The work is challenging and relevant to on-going changes in the market. I have never had a moment of boredom since joining the firm. The firm is growing as a result of the great work that is done for clients and I feel for the first time in my career I have the opportunity to contribute, be recognized for my contributions, learn and advance.
Cons
If you don't like to work hard and be accountable for your work this is likely not a spot for you. You get recognized for contributions and great work both financially as well as client work that you are assigned to.
