Thriving at SullivanCotter was nearly impossible due to an incredibly toxic environment. Senior management constantly tiptoed around a micromanaging CEO who exhibited narcissistic tendencies. Any attempt to propose new ideas or alternative approaches was met with staunch resistance, often leading to repercussions for those advocating change. Overall, it was the most challenging and unpleasant work experience I've encountered.
