Pros
They paid great, because paying more than industry standards is the only way they can fill open positions.
Cons
They misrepresented the role during interview process. The work load was impossible to manage, working 50+ hours/week. They micromanage every task. As other reviewers said, if you have your own opinion of how they could improve their processes you will not last. They always have multiple open positions due to extremely high turnover. In the year I was there, at least 4 people left from 1 department, after less than a year each. They also do not hesitate to terminate people for little or no reason, including some that brought about wrongful termination lawsuits.
