Pros
1) You will learn too much for sure because they are not going to give any training or support. They will directly put you to work and force you to do things. You will have to find a way yourself or else be ready to get fired. 2) There's even CCTV camera so you shall be watched all day by the CEO. He's going to take good care of you.
Cons
1) I was fired even after giving my 100%. Even the CEO approved of my work. That motivated me to work harder. But after i completed the task, i was fired without giving any exp. certificate or any reasons. 2) The positive reviews are because the CEO has forced people to give 5 star reviews. None of my colleagues really liked this company. They are giving it 5 star rating just due to fear of CEO. 3) You shall waste 3-4 months of your life without salary and no job surety. Even if you get the job, it will be just 7k-8k with 1 year bond. 4) They have a head in each department and then they hire freshers sometimes to do some odd jobs for sometime, after that work is done, you will be fired for sure. And the worst part is that you did all those jobs for them without getting any salary. 5) No body has the courage to talk with CEO and express his opinions. Whatever he says, all must nod to it. 6) Horrible work life balance. Office hours are from 9 to 9 with 6 days work policy. At least you should come by 10 and leave not before 8:30. 7) The CEO has installed a CCTV camera and he watches his employees all day from his room. Seriously ? 8) Wacky CEO, pure nut-job. No matter how good you do your work, whatever comes in his mind he will do that only. 9) They don't provide any coffee-tea, snacks in the office. Buy that from your own pocket from outside shops(and also no salary for 3-4 months). 10) Stressful work environment. Everybody is serious due to fear of CEO. They don't even take a 10 mins. break in between. He likes to come in between and ask how much..why not ? even if you are banging your head all day on the system. And be prepared to get fired always.
