      If you are looking to learn things as fresher then it's a good company. Get to work on product as developer Get to interact with clients Will get experience letter which can be used to get job in some other company

      -Do not join if you are experience person -Weekend work. No compensation or Appreciation -Very very small company -Issues with salary structure. Salary never paid on time -Issue with leave policy -Too much work pressure -No standard process at all -As a developer you have to visit clients location, get requirements, design and development

      Good exposure to interact with Client. Freshers could get good knowledge

      1 Person oriented organization decision. Lots of work pressure. Forced to work on weekend and never appreciated. Developer needs to manage client, visit his site, get requirements. No standard process followed. For leave, you need to argue. Salary never paid on time.
