Pros
I love the company culture at Summer Springboard. The whole team is invested in the mission and the environment is collaborative and positive. I have personally felt incredibly supported by management in my growth within the company as well as when unexpected life issues arise. Management is approachable, staff feel valued, quality benefits, and options for growth and advancement.
Cons
Personally, I don't have any cons. I have worked enough to know a great company to work for and SSB is an excellent company that cares about the people and the product.
