Great admin--Lisa Cutler is a thoughtful and competent principal who cares about the staff and students and will back you up. The building is nice. You have autonomy but you're not alone.

Typical Utah stuff... culture wars. They had to reimagine and maybe cut out SEL, which was so helpful to student culture, because parents were triggered.
