Office location is walking distance to some nice restaurants. Benefits are minimal, but they do cover a lot of the medical cost.

More cons than I can get into here. But bottom line is this place is the most poorly run business I have ever been around. Peter Gary has some serious issues, and takes them out on anyone close to him. His lack of understanding of the fundamentals of advertising are frustrating to say the least. The people here are ok, but you get the sense rather quickly everyone sees through Peter's constant lies so they just go about their work, hoping for the best, while looking for their next job. As others have mentioned, the company was formerly called Pinnacle Advertising. Read some of those reviews for more insight. It's a shame someone removed the "Pinnacle Response" to these reviews, as they made for great entertainment. Peter replied with many incoherent ramblings, blaming everyone under the sun for his ineptitude.

- The fact they had to change their name to hide their reputation from their clients / potential clients says enough.
