      The Y is always about being part of a team. They want you to feel welcome and comfortable when you come to work.

      Cons

      There are none; it is a great place to be.

      Pros

      They help the community with food distribution and holiday gifts for underprivileged children—an excellent place for a teenager's first job.

      Cons

      Some departments have strong leadership, but many do not. HR does not fairly listen to the employees' concerns and takes the side of the supervisors.
