Pros

Great company to work for and the people are amazing, it's awesome working with people that share a common goal: changing lives. I was skeptical at first, but I have no regrets taking this job because I've always wanted to help others in any capacity that I can and I am doing that here. It's unlike any other job I have had where I can have a locker room bond with my coworkers and higher ups, but we all know when we have a job to do and when to get serious. The training I received when first starting out here as a salesman was like any other and being in an environment like this has really shaped me into the best version of myself and there is still a tremendous amount of room for growth. The job pushes you to be extraordinary and not just the average Joe.

Cons

There are no cons that I have experienced since working at Summit Careers!

Pros

Working at Summit Careers has been a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I was hired, I was welcomed with open arms and immediately felt like part of the team. Summit is unlike any other employer I’ve worked for — they prioritize employee development and connection in a way that’s rare to find. The training is thorough, and new employees receive weekly check-ins to ensure they feel supported and heard. Monthly lunches give us a chance to share feedback and reflect on our experience, which shows how much the company values growth and transparency. One of the things I appreciate most is how Summit integrates multiple teams across the company. It helps you understand your role fully and work more efficiently, especially since so many roles are interconnected. There’s more than enough opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive here — and I’m grateful to be part of such a thoughtful and dynamic organization.

Cons

Personally my commute is far so I spend a lot on gas.
