Okay company - Buisness Manager Summit Funding Group Employee Review

Senior Management cares about the the employees. I have been with the company for over 18 years (and there are many employees who have been there longer) and do not wish to work anywhere else.

There is nothing I can think of.

-Culture -Flexibility -low stress -benefits

-a lot of my deals get denied because their policies are really strict. - pay is low than most in this field - there is no room for growth. - no annual raises
