      The access to the regional is a pro.

      Cons

      The fact that the regionals are so close to the HR and other employees within the offices, make it incredibly difficult to ever place a complaint. They are friends so it will not be taken seriously. There is a lot of cover up and shadiness going on in this company. I highly recommend to steer clear and be on guard. DOCUMENT everything!

      Good options if you're in tight with upper management Decent healthcare, 401lK plan Good place to start your career, but in order to advance you'll need to move on

      Upper management is somewhat of a problem in their favoritism towards employees No organizational processes in place to help guide employees Little chance for advancement

      Pros

      Great people to work for. They try hard to build a team that works well together and supports each other's efforts. Work environment is easy going and up beat.

      Cons

      It gets very busy during peak times and slow and boring in the off season. The fast pace in the busy season is a bit much to keep up with.
