We have a three step interview process in order to flush out all the details and requirements of the position, specifically focusing on required schedule, compensation, travel requirements, and ensuring reliable transportation for the given territory. The Company would never advise a person take out a loan. We have a very thorough expense reimbursement process in which the expense policy is noted in our employee portal for all to review. As noted in the expense policy, the Company does reimburse for mileage that meets certain criteria. The Company also pays in full hotel accommodations for travel outside a Representatives normal territory that also meets travel criteria. We are sorry to hear that you feel as though there was a lack in communication. We will address this with the Management team.
