Many activities center around drinking which if you don't drink, can make it difficult to fit in. Firm seems to lack long-term plans and direction Difficult to get input from senior management Ego from the "one percent" is out of control Company seems to turnover employees very rapidly Client acquisition has slowed dramatically in recent years which should make you concerned for long term sustainability.
