Pros
Everyone in this company works incredibly hard and is very dedicated to the mutual success of every employee. Management is right in the mix helping out and psrticipating in the day to day work and fun. Management is right there next to everyone and is as much a part of the day to day team as anyone. The culture here is one that is very hard working, rewarding, loyal, very fun, and personable as well. I get up every day and love to go to work with everyone in the field and office. We constantly get great emails from the customers we work for and management makes sure that everyone is appreciated. This is an incredible company that is growing and everyone is winning. This is a company that is very serious about winning and doing it the right way and everyone dedicates themselves to the people that have their hearts and heads in the game. Dont be fooled by the disgruntled former people posting negative posts here. These are the ones that were infectious with poor intelligence, negative attitudes, entitlement, and destructive intentions. The contrast of these very few when compared to everyone else stood out like the sore thumb that they were. Their is never a valid excuse for this behavior. Thank God they're gone. Loosing these type of people is a win for any company.
Cons
Not a negative trait of the company but communication needs to be constantly refined as the company grows. Formal feedback to employees and employees to management needs to be a big part of this.
