Pros
There are only a handful of companies where a developer can get the depth of experience such as at Summit. A dev can work on innovation projects for virtual reality or Ai, or on core services such as IP communication, both on client and server side.
Cons
Wish they were located in more cities, most of their devs are in Canada, even though a majority of their customer based outside of Canada.
