Best place I've ever worked. Management truly wants to see their employees succeed and will provide the tools to do so. What you do with that is up to you. Many people expect that means holding their hand. If you are expecting that, this isn't the place for you. They'll equip you and expect you to put in the work. There is a great team behind you full of genuine people who will ask you about your day and truly care about you. It is a positive work atmosphere, a company that is truly focused on making a positive impact in the world. Best job I've ever had, I really look forward to coming into work each day.

Limited growth opportunities IF you are not clear about your career path. As I said in the pros, you need to have a good sense of where you want to go and Summit will give you the tools to succeed.
